Starting my career at my family restaurant, my primary responsibility is to handle the social media platforms, mainly Facebook. I create contents & plan campaigns with the objective of increasing the brand awareness, which did see a significant increase in page likes and sales. Moreover, I had also collaborated with Ubereats & Deliveroo to increase the brand identity. I also manage and make amendments to the website when necessary. With my desire to learn, I also stand in at the shop to assist with service.
